Guerlain Training & PR Intern position in Brussels, Belgium. Six-month internship (July 2026–January 2027) supporting event coordination, media relations, and communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization and coordination of training sessions and events, including venue selection, invitation management, decoration, registration, and catering logistics
- Arrange accommodations and travel arrangements including hotel reservations, train bookings, and dining reservations
- Translate content and design visually compelling layouts for presentations and marketing materials
- Coordinate and prepare meeting spaces, including the Guerlain Room, ensuring all logistical elements are optimized for successful gatherings
- Maintain and update the BE Guerlain App to ensure accurate information and optimal user experience
- Assist the PR team with daily operational tasks and provide comprehensive administrative support
- Monitor and respond promptly to journalist inquiries and media requests with professionalism and accuracy
- Customize and distribute PR newsletters and press kits to media contacts and stakeholders
- Track PR orders and shipments while managing stock inventory to ensure adequate supply
- Orchestrate and support the organization of press conferences and media events
- Prepare reports, media clippings, coverage analysis, and presentation materials for senior management
- Provide event support and coordination for activities in the Belux region as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Fluent in French and English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Dutch is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of and passion for luxury and beauty brands
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with proactive work approach and ability to thrive under time-sensitive deadlines
- Familiarity with the Belux digital media landscape and audience demographics
- Prior experience in luxury, beauty, or PR sectors is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience; entry into the workforce is acceptable. Prior exposure to the luxury, beauty, or public relations sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing, or a closely related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
