Guerlain seeks a Trade Marketing Intern in Paris to support 360° retail activation campaigns. 6-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 360° trade marketing activation plans across retail and distribution networks in France
- Coordinate the setup of in-store displays and experiential events for the French market
- Create and manage sales enablement materials including product briefs, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, and point-of-sale content in collaboration with external agencies
- Track and reconcile trade operation invoicing and expenditures with commercial assistants
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and competitive intelligence reporting
- Prepare for and participate in commercial meetings and national sales seminars
- Procure and manage trade activation materials including product testers, samples, promotional offers, packaging, and gift presentation items
- Design and distribute launch briefing documents to the sales force
- Oversee uniform inventory and distribution to boutiques and fitting rooms
- Support localized promotional requests and field operations in coordination with the sales team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master's-level business school program (Bac+5 or equivalent)
- First significant experience in cosmetics and luxury sector
- Prior project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
