Guerlain — Operational Marketing Intern (EMEA) in Paris. Six‑month internship from July 2026 supporting trade marketing, launches and market analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for subsidiary and export markets (regional offices and agent-distributors) for operational needs across fragrances, make‑up and skincare.
- Participate in the roll‑out and monitoring of launch projects (PR events, trade activations and related operational activities) across the EMEA zone.
- Support forecasting activities: recommend, monitor and challenge sell‑in and sell‑out forecasts aligned with global strategy and local distribution requirements.
- Adapt 360° marketing tools (leaflets, media assets and POS materials) to local market specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform market analysis and monitor sell‑in / sell‑out performance using PowerBI and contribute to NPD follow‑up.
- Coordinate marketing requests and logistics for launches, ensuring on‑time delivery of all materials.
- Prepare competitive reviews by monitoring new products and related 360° campaigns.
- Produce weekly and monthly newsletters and communicate regional best practices.
- Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department.
Qualifications
- Current business school student or equivalent (4th/5th year of higher education) enrolled in a marketing or commercial programme.
- Previous internship or initial professional experience in a marketing role is required.
- Proven organisational skills, rigour, pragmatism and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

Entry‑level; candidates should have completed at least one prior internship or short professional placement in marketing, trade marketing or category management. Suitable for business school students in their 4th or 5th year.
