Guerlain is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant to support 360° activations across its retail and distribution networks in France, including events, sales tools, invoicing and launch materials. This full-time, six-month internship is scheduled to begin in January 2027 and is based in Paris’s 1st arrondissement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement 360° trade activation plans across retail and distribution networks.
- Help set up podiums and events for the French market.
- Create sales-support materials and brief and follow up with agencies and external suppliers on brochures, leaflets, product sheets and catalogs.
- Track invoicing for trade operations in collaboration with sales assistants.
- Prepare operation reviews and competitive monitoring.
- Prepare and participate in French sales meetings and seminars.
- Manage and order activation materials, including scent strips, samples, gift-with-purchase offers, packaging and gift presentation materials.
- Create and distribute launch books to the sales force.
- Follow up on specific requests and local operations in collaboration with the sales force.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at business school at Master’s level (Bac+5) or in an equivalent program.
- Ideally, an initial project management experience.
- Organized, versatile, rigorous and open-minded.
- Proactive and able to find solutions to deliver projects despite difficulties or unforeseen circumstances.
- Enjoys interpersonal interaction and teamwork.
- Excellent relationship skills with head-office teams, boutiques, field teams, logistics teams and suppliers.
- Passionate about cosmetics and luxury, with significant initial experience in the sector.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
