Guerlain Paris internship: 6-month marketing operations role supporting European trade marketing and category management across perfumes, makeup, and skincare.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary operational contact for subsidiary and export markets in the European region, addressing current and future needs across perfumes, makeup, and skincare categories
- Participate in deployment and monitoring of regional marketing projects including PR events and trade activations
- Recommend, track, and challenge sales forecasts in alignment with the Maison's global strategy and specific distribution requirements
- Adapt 360° marketing tools (leaflets, media assets, etc.) to address local market-specific needs
- Conduct market analysis and monitor sell-in & sell-out performance using PowerBI and NPD systems
- Track marketing launches, coordinate marketing requests, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials
- Develop competitive benchmarking through monitoring of competitor innovations and associated 360° campaigns
- Create weekly and monthly newsletters and disseminate best practices across the European region
- Support departmental logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent programme (Bac+4/5)
- Prior practical experience in marketing within a corporate environment
- Knowledge of the perfumery and cosmetics industry (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English

The candidate should possess prior hands-on experience in a marketing role within a corporate setting, though entry-level experience is acceptable. Familiarity with the perfumery and cosmetics sector is advantageous.

Student enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or equivalent institution (Bac+4/5 level).
