Guerlain Trade Marketing Intern, Paris. Support Travel Retail Europe marketing operations for 6 months beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Trade Marketing project manager with trade marketing animations, including product assortment, client briefings, point-of-sale materials, and 360-degree marketing deliverables
- Create tailored supplier briefs aligned with merchandising guidelines and marketing strategy
- Participate in the development of retailtainment concepts for each animation
- Monitor budgets by retailer associated with trade activities
- Develop 360-degree marketing tools including gifts, point-of-sale displays, grooming items, and printed collateral to achieve Travel Retail Europe objectives
- Compile launch briefing materials including lab samples, visual guidelines, and grooming specifications for market distribution
- Track and report on annual marketing budget allocation
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative launch performance data and create supporting materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and video
- Prepare monthly performance reports and launch recaps highlighting best practices and improvement opportunities
- Support the organization of retailer meetings, regional seminars, and retailer events
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school, communication program, or equivalent university program (Bac+4/5 level)
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English and French
