Guerlain (LVMH) in Capelle aan den IJssel seeks a Trade & Merchandising Intern — full‑time internship supporting trade marketing, merchandising and sales analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of 360° trade marketing plans for key launches and retailer activations.
- Create retail communications and POS materials aligned with brand guidelines; assist in local roll‑out of trade activations.
- Develop and maintain shelving plans and planograms according to brand directives; advise on optimal in‑store implementation for the Dutch market.
- Monitor, collate and analyse sales and visibility data; prepare reports on priority launches and retail performance.
- Maintain incentives programmes and communications for sales advisors; support the Sales team with planning and project tasks.
- Contribute to merchandising for events, trainings and masterclasses, and support cross‑functional projects between Marketing and Sales.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an HBO or WO (Bachelor’s/Master’s) programme in Marketing, Business, Retail, or a related discipline.
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Proven proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a retail‑oriented mindset.
- Analytical, organised and results‑driven approach; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player who is proactive, initiative‑taking and adaptable.

Experience
Entry‑level internship suitable for students or recent graduates; prior retail or marketing internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in an HBO (higher professional) or WO (university) degree programme in Marketing, Business, Retail or a related field.
