Guerlain Paris: 6-month sustainability development internship supporting circular economy and ESG initiatives for luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted strategic research and provide organized analysis including benchmarks, cross-functional analyses, market studies, and strategic monitoring
- Complete Climate Fresco facilitator training to support internal team workshops and sustainability awareness initiatives
- Monitor and support ongoing projects including UEBT certification, circular economy development, and Bee School programme
- Coordinate and animate RSE operational actions including product updates on the Bee Respect transparency platform, eco-tax declaration data preparation, and Women for Bees logistical support
- Formalize project deliverables such as meeting minutes, conference summaries, working notes, and presentations
- Develop sustainable communication content including LinkedIn posts and internal communications aligned with the maison's sustainability policy milestones
- Support team and company activities including team meetings, sustainability script development, and vendor management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme with specialization in environment, agronomy, or sustainability/CSR
- Ideally one prior internship experience in consulting or project management within sustainability
- Demonstrated interest in innovation, circular economy, raw material sourcing, sustainable agriculture, regenerative farming, and pollinator/bee conservation
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage priorities and simultaneous tasks proactively
- Excellent teamwork, empathy, humility, interpersonal skills, and adaptability
