Role & Responsibilities

• Redesign and automate supply planning indicator tracking through Power BI dashboards for headquarters and international markets, enabling rapid visualization of performance metrics and trends
• Analyze and improve production plan variation management by creating clearer, more robust tracking tools and establishing monthly communication protocols with manufacturing facilities
• Provide weekly operational management of an assigned product portfolio, monitoring key performance indicators (service levels, stockout risks, inventory coverage, sea-to-air ratios) across SAP, Anaplan, Excel, and Power BI
• Structure and optimize the forecast modification process during product launch periods, identifying friction points and implementing more disciplined governance for request handling, validation, and tracking
• Formalize and secure the local code creation process by documenting key steps, developing validation and control tools, and improving workflow reliability for supply planning teams
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across international markets and production facilities to ensure data integrity and streamline replenishment operations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's-level degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent program
• Fluent in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data visualization, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Anaplan, or SAP preferred
• Analytical mindset with affinity for information systems and data-driven decision-making
• Business-oriented perspective and strong problem-solving capabilities

Experience

Entry-level intern or trainee with foundational understanding of supply chain operations; prior internship or project experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or data analytics is advantageous but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (Bac+4/Bac+5) such as an engineering school, business school, or equivalent institution.
