Guerlain in Paris seeks a Supply Planner to manage international inventory and distribution for fragrances and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own international distribution and stock deployment for a defined product portfolio (fragrance, makeup, skincare, merchandising), ensuring market availability while minimising stock levels and air freight usage.
- Monitor portfolio performance weekly: service rate, stock coverage, breakage risk, and mer/air ratio (RAMA); trigger proactive alerts for operational risks.
- Translate sales forecasts into production requirements and ensure accurate system parametrisation (Anaplan, SAP) across the network.
- Define and execute corrective actions — allocations, quotas, safety stock adjustments, transport mode optimisation — to prevent or remedy stock-outs.
- Act as the primary supply‑planning partner to regional markets: communicate availability, launches, risks and delays; challenge market plans and support local needs to maximise service on launches and core catalogue.
- Manage product lifecycle planning (launches and EOL) in coordination with production sites and other stakeholders.
- Report performance and escalate to Operations Direction when material issues are identified.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (engineering or business school) with a supply chain specialization preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in supply chain, inventory planning or demand planning; international market exposure required.
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Anaplan and Power BI is highly desirable.

At least 3 years' experience in supply chain or planning roles, preferably within beauty, luxury goods or fast‑moving international FMCG, with responsibility for inventory deployment across multiple markets.
Education
Master’s degree (engineering school or business school); supply chain specialisation is an advantage.
