Guerlain — Supply Planner in Paris. Responsible for international supply planning, stock deployment and translating forecasts into production across fragrance and beauty portfolios.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage international distribution and stock deployment for an assigned product portfolio (fragrance, makeup, skincare, merchandising), ensuring market availability for launches and catalogue items.
- Monitor weekly portfolio performance: service rate, stock coverage, breakage risk, and sea/air transport ratio; proactively identify and escalate supply risks to Operations.
- Anticipate demand changes and translate forecasts into production requirements; ensure accuracy of system parameters (Anaplan, SAP) across the distribution network.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory: allocations, quotas, safety stock adjustments and transportation mode optimisation (favor sea over air).
- Act as key partner to regional markets by maintaining proactive communication on availability, launches, risks and delays; challenge market plans on replenishment, forecast consumption and transport usage.
- Manage product lifecycle activities for assigned portfolio (launch planning, end-of-life) in coordination with production sites and commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school; specialization in Supply Chain is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, Anaplan and Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, organisation and the ability to synthesise complex information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation and aptitude for cross‑functional teamwork in demanding environments.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' professional experience in supply chain, demand or supply planning, preferably within an international context; experience in cosmetics, perfumery or FMCG is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business; supply chain specialization preferred.
