Guerlain Supply Chain Stock Management Intern, Paris 1st Arrondissement, 6-month internship starting February 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze global inventory performance indicators including stock value, coverage ratios, depreciation, and destructions
- Determine optimal inventory dimensioning across all storage locations—manufacturing facilities, central warehouses, and regional distribution centers—and implement aligned strategies
- Investigate root causes of depreciation and destruction variations at the central warehouse
- Project inventory levels to optimize year-end positioning and propose action plans including market allocations, production schedule optimization with manufacturing partners, and overstock management
- Support the supply chain team in implementing AGEC (Agir pour la Transition Écologique) regulatory compliance
- Automate routine inventory processes and optimize Power BI reports to address supply chain priorities
- Facilitate inventory reviews with regional partners across Singapore, China, the Middle East, and other key markets
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or business school
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Affinity for information systems and data analysis
- Strong analytical capabilities and business orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience
Entry-level; currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 academic program with interest in gaining practical supply chain experience.
Education
Bac+4/Bac+5 qualification (minimum); enrollment at an engineering school or business school preferred.
