Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end store construction projects from tender and execution drawings through production and installation (≈70% of time), coordinating with the Store Planning lead and external contractors.
- Maintain and autonomously manage departmental Power BI reporting — Monthly Report and financial reports (≈15% of time).
- Drive sustainability analyses and oversee boutique sustainability certifications, including Life 360 and LEED processes (≈15% of time).
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, operations, procurement, external architects/contractors) to ensure project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Prepare concise synthesis documents and progress reports for project stakeholders; contribute to continuous improvement of planning workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s level (Bac+4/5) programme in architecture, interior architecture, engineering or equivalent university degree.
- First internship experience in project management, preferably with exposure to construction site coordination; prior experience in the luxury sector is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities rigorously and proactively.
- Analytical mindset with good synthesis capabilities and enthusiasm for data‑driven tasks.
