Guerlain seeks a Store Manager in Stuttgart to lead its boutique — permanent, full‑time role focusing on sales, team leadership and luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique in Stuttgart with full P&L accountability and deliver assigned retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Manage, coach and develop the boutique team, including workforce planning and performance management.
- Ensure an exceptional luxury client experience through personalised consultations, upselling and long‑term relationship building.
- Design and execute POS activations, merchandising and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs; produce regular reports and translate data into actionable merchandising and staffing decisions.
- Uphold Guerlain brand standards in visual merchandising, product presentation and customer service at all times.
- Foster a motivating, service‑oriented store culture and act as an inspiring ambassador of the brand.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in cosmetology/beauty therapy, retail or a comparable credential.
- Minimum three years' proven experience in premium or luxury retail with responsibility for team leadership.
- Fluent German and good command of English.
- Demonstrable sales orientation, strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted presence.
- Analytical aptitude with experience using KPIs to drive commercial decisions and improve store performance.

At least 3 years' relevant experience in premium or luxury retail with demonstrated team‑leading responsibilities and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Education
Vocational qualification (e.g., cosmetician/beautician or retail apprenticeship) or equivalent professional qualification.
