Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke facial and body treatments according to Guerlain protocols, ensuring an exceptional client experience characterized by personalized service and active listening
• Establish and nurture authentic client relationships through warm hospitality, genuine connection, and discovery of individual preferences, embodying the Guerlain Promise
• Develop comprehensive client experiences by conducting thorough skin diagnostics, customizing treatments, and delivering storytelling that articulates product benefits across skincare, body care, and wellness
• Build and retain a loyal client base through targeted clienteling, pre-arrival preparation, and proactive outreach via available tools and platforms
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives through upselling complementary products and services
• Maintain the highest standards of retail excellence, including proper grooming, cabin hygiene, merchandising standards, stock management, and adherence to all boutique procedures
• Contribute actively to team cohesion through participation in briefings, knowledge sharing, and embodiment of Guerlain values
• Ensure consistent positive customer satisfaction scores and client feedback integration

Qualifications

• BTS qualification in Aesthetics or equivalent professional esthetician certification
• Fluent English language proficiency (essential)
• Demonstrated knowledge of human anatomy and physiology with particular expertise in facial and body treatments
• Strong ability to listen actively and provide personalized beauty and wellness advice
• Proven capability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining client confidentiality

Skills

Experience

Entry-level to early-career professionals with BTS-level esthetician training are welcome; specific Guerlain or luxury spa experience is not required, though comfort working in a high-end service environment is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and client-centric service.

Education

BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Aesthetics or equivalent professional esthetician qualification required.
