Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Guerlain face, body, manicure, pedicure and waxing treatments according to brand-specific protocols, ensuring technical excellence and safety.
- Create personalised experiences through detailed diagnostics and treatment customisation, upholding the ‘Promesse Guerlain’ in every client interaction.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships via warm welcome, active listening, clienteling, phoning and appointment management to grow local and international clientele.
- Drive revenue through consultative selling and well-executed add-on recommendations, including promotion of signature and exceptional pièces, and contribute to individual and boutique KPIs.
- Contribute to team dynamics by participating in briefs, supporting Retail Excellence standards, maintaining institute presentation and strict grooming requirements.
- Respect client confidentiality and brand procedures while proactively supporting boutique operational needs and collective objectives.
Qualifications
- BTS Esthétique (or equivalent professional diploma in aesthetics/beauty therapy).
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in luxury spa, institute or high-end beauty environment.
- Fluent English (mastery of English is essential).
- Thorough knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to aesthetic treatments.

At least 3 years’ hands-on experience delivering professional beauty and spa treatments in a luxury or upscale spa/institute environment, with proven client relationship and sales performance.
Education
BTS Esthétique (or equivalent professional diploma in aesthetics/beauty therapy).
