Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Guerlain facial, body, manicure, pedicure and waxing treatments according to brand‑specific protocols, ensuring rigorous hygiene and technique.
- Perform accurate client diagnostics and personalise treatment plans to meet individual needs and expectations.
- Create an exceptional client experience through warm reception, active listening, storytelling and bespoke recommendations that embody the 'Guerlain Promise'.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base, driving repeat business through clienteling, follow‑up phoning and tailored service offers.
- Achieve individual and team commercial objectives (sales, KPIs) by proposing appropriate product and service add‑ons, including high‑value items.
- Contribute to store and institut standards: maintain retail excellence, visual harmony and adherence to operational procedures.
- Participate actively in team briefs, share best practices and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Uphold grooming and presentation standards (uniform, makeup, hairstyle, manicure) and respect client confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- BTS Esthétique or equivalent vocational diploma in esthetics/beauty therapy.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a luxury spa, high‑end beauty institute or comparable environment.
- Fluency in English (essential) to serve an international clientele.
- Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to beauty and spa treatments.
- Proven track record of retail service and sales in a luxury context; results‑driven with experience meeting KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, discretion, polished presentation and effective communication.
- Organised, adaptable and able to work within a team while taking individual responsibility for targets and client satisfaction.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury spa or high‑end beauty institute, with demonstrated competence across facial, body and nail treatments and a record of client development and sales performance.
Education
BTS Esthétique (or equivalent vocational diploma in esthetics/beauty therapy).
