Guerlain recruits a Spa Practitioner for its Institut Flagship Paris. Apply your BTS Esthetics and fluent English to deliver luxury treatments on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver facial, body, manicure, pedicure, and depilation treatments according to Guerlain's specific protocols and diagnostic methods
- Create memorable client experiences through warm hospitality, active listening, and personalized service storytelling that embody the Guerlain Promise
- Develop and retain a diverse clientele (local and international) through client relationship management, anticipatory service planning, and targeted outreach
- Achieve treatment and revenue targets while maintaining individual and team KPIs and sales objectives
- Demonstrate mastery of Guerlain's product portfolio across all three treatment pillars and execute supplementary and exceptional product sales
- Contribute to team cohesion through participation in briefings, mentoring, and collaborative problem-solving in a luxury retail environment
- Maintain Retail Excellence standards, grooming protocols (uniform, makeup, nail presentation), and operational procedures as established by the Boutique Direction
- Actively support overall Institut harmony and ambiance while respecting client confidentiality
Qualifications
- BTS-level qualification in Esthetics or equivalent professional certification
- Mastery of English language
- Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Demonstrated expertise in facial and body treatment techniques
- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end salon environments

Entry-level to junior professionals are welcome to apply; demonstrated passion for luxury beauty services and client care is valued equally with experience
Education
BTS Esthetics (or equivalent higher education in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or wellness)
