Guerlain Paris: Spa Practitioner (BTS Esthetics, fluent English). Deliver luxury facial, body, and beauty treatments in a flagship institute.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized facial, body, manicure, pedicure, and waxing treatments according to Guerlain protocols, performing skin and body diagnostics to customize each service
- Create authentic client relationships through warm welcomes, active listening, and discovery conversations that embody the Guerlain promise and foster emotional connection
- Develop and retain a regular clientele while cultivating new local and international customers through encartage, clienteling, phoning, and proactive anticipation of future needs
- Execute consistent cross-functional upselling across the three product lines and recommend complementary treatments and exception pieces to increase revenue
- Maintain and exceed individual and collective performance targets including revenue, key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction survey results
- Embody Guerlain values, foster team spirit, and actively participate in briefings while maintaining retail excellence and compliance with boutique procedures
- Uphold grooming standards including uniform presentation, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure
- Contribute proactively to the overall aesthetic harmony and organization of the institute
Qualifications
- BTS-level certification in Esthetics or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent English language skills (essential)
- Solid anatomical and physiological knowledge of the human body
- Service-oriented mindset with luxury hospitality experience
- Exemplary professional demeanor and adherence to procedures

Experience
Entry-level to early-career practitioners are welcome; candidates may be recent BTS graduates or possess foundational esthetic practice experience. The role values terrain adaptability and client-responsive service delivery in a luxury setting.
Education
BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Esthetics or equivalent professional qualification in beauty therapy, skincare, or spa services.
