Guerlain seeks a Senior Trainer - Fragrance in Shanghai to lead training programs and develop content for beauty consultants. Requires 5+ years prestige cosmetics experience and bilingual proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently develop, update, and maintain fragrance training materials and coaching tools adapted to China market needs and digital learning platforms
- Deliver in-classroom training and train-the-trainer (TTT) programs to field teams, strengthening fragrance expertise and facilitation skills
- Support training and presentation activities for key brand events, product launches, client events, and live-streaming projects
- Establish and maintain training effectiveness tracking mechanisms and analyze key business and training KPIs to identify performance gaps and opportunities
- Coach and support the Fragrance Experts community to continuously elevate professional knowledge and service standards
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to drive innovation in training content and fragrance service development
- Collaborate closely with headquarters training teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content alignment and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a trainer with prestige cosmetics or fragrance brands
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop comprehensive training materials and learning content
- Proficiency in live-streaming and online training delivery platforms
- Strong project management capabilities, including defining clear objectives, establishing measurement frameworks, and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery
- Polished appearance and bearing reflective of the Guerlain brand image
- Refined aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and service excellence
