Senior Retail Supervisor for Guerlain Hong Kong, leading field-based teams across multiple counters and boutiques. This dynamic, travel-intensive leadership role combines commercial strategy, team motivation, and brand excellence—requiring hands-on presence across retail locations to drive sales performance, execute door strategies, and deliver exceptional clienteling and brand experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute clear door strategies to grow store business and maximize sales across all assigned locations
  • Set clear performance goals, track daily sales metrics, and identify market opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Create local action plans based on sales data analysis to boost store results and product turnover
  • Report monthly and quarterly business results to senior management, identifying trends and market activities with actionable next steps
  • Identify team strengths and potential, leading and coaching frontline staff to hit sales targets and drive daily productivity
  • Collaborate with the training team to evaluate staff performance, address skill gaps, and improve product knowledge and service quality
  • Formulate and implement staff reward and incentive programs to maintain team engagement and drive top-tier sales and service performance
  • Drive clienteling strategies at the store level, coaching teams to build and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP customers
  • Monitor CRM KPIs including repeat purchase and client retention, implementing action plans to build customer loyalty
  • Oversee personalized client outreach, private consultations, and exclusive brand events to elevate the consumer journey
  • Coach staff to effectively leverage clienteling tools and databases to provide personalized customer service
  • Ensure counters and visual displays consistently meet top-tier brand presentation guidelines
  • Ensure optimal physical stock levels on counters and boutiques to support sales performance
  • Empower frontline teams to serve as brand ambassadors, delivering exceptional service and embodying brand values in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience within beauty, luxury, or premium consumer goods sectors
  • At least 3 years in a multi-store management or field-based supervisory role
  • Demonstrated expertise in people leadership and team coaching
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and analyze business performance data
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and clienteling best practices
  • Strong understanding of stock management and inventory optimization
  • Track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets in luxury retail environments
