Senior Retail Supervisor at Guerlain, Hong Kong. Lead multi-store operations, drive sales performance, and manage luxury retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute door strategies to grow store business and maximize sales across all retail locations
- Set clear performance goals and track daily sales metrics to identify market opportunities and capture revenue potential
- Create local action plans based on sales data analysis to improve store results and product turnover
- Report monthly and quarterly business results to senior management, identifying trends and market activities with clear recommendations
- Identify team strengths and potential, leading and coaching frontline staff to achieve sales targets and drive daily productivity
- Collaborate with training teams to evaluate staff performance, address skill gaps, and enhance product knowledge and service quality
- Formulate and implement staff reward and incentive programs to maintain team engagement and drive top-tier sales performance
- Drive clienteling strategies at store level, coaching teams to build and cultivate long-term VIP customer relationships
- Monitor CRM KPIs including repeat purchase rates and client retention, implementing action plans to strengthen customer loyalty
- Oversee personalized client outreach, private consultations, and exclusive brand events to elevate the consumer journey
- Coach staff to leverage clienteling tools and databases effectively for personalized customer service delivery
- Ensure counters and visual displays consistently meet premium brand presentation guidelines
- Maintain optimal stock levels on counters and boutiques through inventory oversight and replenishment coordination
- Empower frontline teams to serve as brand ambassadors, delivering exceptional service and embodying brand values
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience within the beauty, luxury, or premium consumer goods sectors
- At least 3 years in a multi-store management role
- Proven people leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to identify and address staff skill gaps
- Solid experience in customer relationship management, VIP client retention, and data collection
- Strong sales performance analysis and business acumen with ability to track key metrics and create effective door strategies
- Keen eye for detail with strong understanding of stock management and inventory optimization
- Proficiency with client databases and retail management tools
