Role & Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and validate field documents to verify compliance and guide improvements.
- Design, document, and maintain clear, actionable SOPs reflecting market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and lead initiatives to standardize best practices.
- Participate in retail-related projects and cross-brand task forces.
- Prepare and deliver data-driven reports and presentations to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations or audit firms; compliance background preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese.
