Guerlain, Capelle aan den IJssel – Senior Product Manager leading Netherlands marketing innovation, launches, and category strategy. Hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead innovation plan development and track launch timelines in collaboration with customer service
  • Plan, prepare, and present new products to key accounts and spa teams in partnership with the Brand General Manager
  • Complete order forms and novelty forms for key retailers, ensuring full article creation aligns with launch schedules
  • Create independent order forms and deliver novelties presentations to the sales, education, and events team
  • Update Guerlain price lists for sales products and testers
  • Develop new launch recommendations covering distribution strategy, sales products, tester and sample quantities by retailer
  • Submit and maintain launch forecasts in e-Fast system and monitor product quotas and placement
  • Liaison with Europe Marketing team on market requests and coordinate marketing strategy updates
  • Build and implement 360° activation plans for strategic launches with the Trade & Merchandising Manager
  • Manage and optimize assortment by retailer to enhance productivity across all product categories
  • Track and maintain assortment by point-of-sale and cluster in collaboration with customer service
  • Track and communicate end-of-life products to the sales team
  • Define and implement key assets strategy with the Brand General Manager
  • Build monthly sell-out projections for the total brand and yearly forecasts by product axis and line
  • Provide monthly reporting of sell-out by line and retailer
  • Manage Europe reporting on new launches, activations, events, and breaking news
  • Download and maintain monthly sell-out data for Europe business intelligence
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance analysis as required
  • Oversee tester and sample budgets, forecasting, and monitoring via the Marketing Dashboard
  • Build and maintain tester and sample forecasting by SKU, month, and account
  • Manage purchase requisitions and monthly phasing control
  • Define yearly inventory turn-over projections by line for the total brand
  • Build BNP (Basic, New, Promo) inventory turn-over forecasts and present budget reviews
  • Support the Training Manager with invitations, registrations, and training session preparation
  • Support the Sales, Education & Events Manager in event preparation and market requests
  • Support PR day implementation and various promotional events
  • Organize team meetings and coordinate decorations with the Trade & Merchandising Manager
  • Present innovation plans, sales order updates by line, and marketing news during team meetings

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in luxury beauty or retail
  • Structured and organized approach to complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Demonstrated analytical and financial acumen
  • Strong leadership capability with hands-on mentality

Experience
