Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end industrial costing for all Guerlain products: define and run the strategic process for standard cost calculation and update methodologies across franchises.
- Analyse evolutions in standard costs, decomposition by drivers and franchises, and ensure accuracy of valuation assumptions used in reporting.
- Own transfer pricing calculations and deep margin analysis to identify profitability levers at product and channel level.
- Calculate and explain product cost‑of‑goods‑sold and cost variances to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for stock accounting and valuation: ensure correct posting, justification and reconciliation of inventory balances.
- Serve as the primary interface with external auditors and tax controllers: prepare documentation, justify variances and defend valuation methodologies.
- Drive the annual budgeting and monthly closing processes for the international logistics and B2B perimeter, challenging operations and proposing corrective actions.
- Champion digitalisation and process optimisation of industrial controlling: design and implement BI solutions, use AI and new tools to deepen operational performance analysis.
- Propose continuous improvements to OPEX, costing methodologies, production variance processes and inventory controls.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent with a specialization in finance or accounting; DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) or equivalent strongly recommended.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in management control, cost accounting or industrial finance within a manufacturing, FMCG or luxury environment.
- Demonstrated advanced expertise in industrial costing and standard cost calculation methodologies.
- Proven mastery of SAP modules: SAP MM, SAP FI and especially SAP CO‑PC (costing).
- Strong analytical, synthesis and financial modelling skills with ability to convert complex data into actionable performance levers.
- Experience liaising with external auditors and explaining technical accounting and valuation points.
- Proven capacity to lead digitalisation initiatives and implement BI/analytics solutions; practical interest in applying AI to performance analysis.
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive with strong stakeholder management and change‑leadership capabilities.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial costing, management control or cost accounting, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG or the luxury cosmetics/perfumery sector.
Education
Degree from a business school or equivalent with specialization in Finance/Accounting; DCG or equivalent strongly recommended.
