Role & Responsibilities
- Own and run end-to-end the industrial costing process for all Guerlain products, ensuring accuracy of standard costs and relevance of valuation drivers across brands and franchises.
- Calculate, analyse and explain standard costs, production variances and transfer prices to identify performance levers and margin optimisation opportunities.
- Act as the subject-matter expert and single point of contact for all stock valuation, accounting and analytical stock-related issues; ensure robust stock reconciliations and justifications.
- Serve as the primary interface with external auditors and fiscal controllers, defending valuations, industrial variances and related accounting treatments.
- Drive financial performance and budgeting processes for international logistics and B2B operations, including monthly closes and annual budgeting cycles; challenge operational teams and propose corrective action plans.
- Lead the digitalisation and optimisation agenda for industrial controlling: implement BI/analytics solutions, exploit AI where applicable, and improve processes related to OPEX, costing and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree from a business school or equivalent with a specialisation in finance or accounting; DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) or equivalent strongly recommended.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in industrial/plant controlling or costing within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in industrial costing methodologies and margin analysis.
- Proven experience liaising with external auditors and defending financial valuations and accounting treatments.
- Strong capability to lead change, mobilise cross-functional operational teams and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in industrial finance/controlling with hands-on responsibility for product costing and stock accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or cosmetics environment.
Education
Degree from a business school or equivalent with specialisation in Finance/Accounting; DCG or equivalent strongly recommended.
