Guerlain seeks a Senior CRM Executive in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island) to lead loyalty programmes, clienteling campaigns and CRM analytics for the luxury beauty maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end loyalty programme operations, including development, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Guerlain & You, Top Client Rewards and personalised initiatives.
  • Design and execute customer lifecycle communications that deliver timely, relevant and segmented messaging across multiple channels to drive retention and value.
  • Manage campaign planning and performance measurement; prepare regular CRM reports and translate data into actionable insights for growth.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver clienteling events, masterclasses and workshops, including vendor management, logistics, timelines and internal briefings.
  • Provide first-line support and user briefing for the Bee Gold clienteling application; escalate technical issues and liaise with regional/IT teams to resolve user queries.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and completeness; collaborate with IT to identify and rectify discrepancies and enhance system functionality.
  • Work cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, IT and Regional teams to align CRM activities with commercial objectives and frontline execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM, loyalty programme management or related marketing roles; experience in beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail or fashion highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage omnichannel CRM campaigns, clienteling initiatives and lifecycle communications.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience producing actionable reports and interpreting campaign metrics.
  • Demonstrated project and event management skills with attention to stakeholder alignment and operational detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing frontline teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of recommending and implementing data-driven improvements.

Experience
