Guerlain is hiring a Senior CRM Executive in Hong Kong SAR to lead loyalty, clienteling and CRM campaigns across retail and digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end loyalty program activities: design, implement, monitor and optimise loyalty campaigns (e.g., Guerlain & You, Top Client Rewards) to enhance retention and lifetime value.
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle communications, delivering timely, personalised messages across channels and segments.
- Manage clienteling operations including first‑line support and user briefings for the Bee Gold clienteling application; coordinate with regional IT and product teams on issues and enhancements.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver clienteling events, masterclasses and workshops—handling vendor management, logistics, timelines and internal briefings.
- Maintain CRM data quality: ensure accuracy and completeness of member records, work with IT to resolve discrepancies and improve system health.
- Produce regular CRM and campaign performance reports, extract actionable insights and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Marketing, IT and Regional teams to align CRM initiatives with commercial and brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in CRM, loyalty program management or related marketing roles; experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing clienteling tools and loyalty programmes with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong analytical aptitude with ability to translate data into actionable marketing initiatives and clear reports.
- Demonstrated event coordination and project management skills, including vendor and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead internal briefings and liaise effectively across regions.
- Proactive mindset with capacity to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive initiatives independently.

Minimum three years of relevant CRM, loyalty or customer marketing experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail or fashion. Proven track record running lifecycle campaigns, managing clienteling tools and coordinating client events; candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for a CRM Executive level.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
