Guerlain seeks a Senior Clienteling Manager in Singapore to lead top-client acquisition, VIC pipeline conversion and bespoke sales across Singapore & Malaysia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own top-client revenue growth across Singapore and Malaysia, delivering against assigned targets and sustaining high-value repeat transactions.
- Build, qualify and manage a robust pipeline of VIC/top-tier clients and drive conversion through the full growth funnel.
- Design and execute high-impact clienteling activations across boutiques, out‑of‑home events and partner platforms to maximise engagement and sales.
- Identify and personally lead the closing of Exceptional Pieces and bespoke sales through curated storytelling and tailored curation.
- Develop and activate strategic partnerships to generate qualified leads and expand the top-client base.
- Collaborate closely with retail teams to identify top clients, elevate in-store engagement and accelerate conversion.
- Track client performance and provide actionable insights to optimise segmentation, engagement strategies and commercial outcomes.
- Prepare structured action plans for top-tier clients and support additional business priorities as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing and growing revenue from UHNW / VIC clientele within luxury goods, private client management or luxury banking.
- Minimum 5–7 years of clienteling, CRM and business development experience in luxury retail or related sectors (7 years preferred).
- Demonstrable ability to close high-value and bespoke transactions with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven experience developing partnerships and sourcing qualified leads to feed a top-client pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong personal presence, credibility in luxury environments and an ownership, results-driven mindset.
