Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, storage and ordering of office supplies, point‑of‑sale materials and in‑store distribution items.
  • Prepare, update and distribute Excel-based sales reports and numerical files to internal stakeholders.
  • Compile incentive data, coordinate payments and liaise with finance for collections and settlements.
  • Support invoice processing and assist with accounts-related documentation and filing.
  • Operate and learn proprietary sales/support systems; propose process improvements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including schedule coordination and internal communication.

Qualifications
