Guerlain Sales Coordinator position in Dubai, UAE — manage orders, forecasts, budgets, and trade activities across Middle East/Africa region. Temporary full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage order analysis and analysis per client, including quota follow-up with Business Demand Manager and organization of product returns and destructions
- Build up and monitor monthly sell-in forecasts (Outlook) in collaboration with the Commercial Area Manager, flagging any risk of business loss
- Analyze and monitor retailer and agent warehouse stock levels to maintain established stock cover targets
- Supervise and track purchase order creation, invoice payments, claims, and credit notes, alerting the Commercial Sales Manager as needed
- Prepare monthly novelties recaps with order recommendations for client distribution
- Develop novelties forecasts (FAST) with the Commercial Area Manager and Marketing team, ensuring monthly monitoring of sell-in versus forecasts
- Update and distribute price lists and manage retailer assortment across the three priority axes in alignment with brand priorities and recommendations
- Liaise with the regulatory department to ensure legal registration of all market-specific requirements
- Support the Commercial Sales Manager in expense and budget tracking, participating in budget exercises and P&L monitoring
- Track advertising and promotional (A&P) spend to ensure alignment with budget parameters
- Build and maintain expense trackers to monitor actuals versus budget, escalating alerts to the Commercial Area Manager
- Prepare and coordinate trade activity orders with the Retailer Supply team and Commercial Area Manager
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Retailer Supply teams to prepare orders for point-of-sale materials, testers, and merchandising elements
- Coordinate monthly shipments of POSM, testers, and merchandising elements in line with brand launches and priorities
- Consolidate and monitor monthly sell-out performance by client for upload to PowerBI
- Prepare and distribute monthly business analysis reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, commercial operations, or related field
- Proficiency with PowerBI and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
