Guerlain seeks Sales Advisor in Paris to deliver luxury client experiences across fragrance, beauty, and wellness services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create unique client experiences through warm welcomes, attentive listening, personalized consultations, and storytelling that embody the Guerlain promise
- Develop and retain a loyal clientele across local and international segments using clienteling tools, encartage, phoning, and boutique animations
- Apply the Dare to Bee sales methodology and leverage Bee Guerlain training tools to drive proactive, consultative selling
- Monitor and achieve individual and collective revenue targets, market share, and key retail performance indicators
- Maintain retail excellence standards including till management, point-of-sale presentation, merchandising, and inventory oversight
- Contribute actively to team dynamics during briefings, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of boutique results
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer satisfaction feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Uphold grooming and presentation standards reflecting the luxury positioning of the brand
Qualifications
- BTS-level education or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar retail or beauty advisory role
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong consultative and listening skills
- Professional presentation and communication abilities
- Exemplary adherence to procedures and brand values
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to early career in luxury retail, beauty retail, or related client-facing sectors; prior experience in a comparable sales advisor or beauty consultant role is required.
Education
BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) or equivalent post-secondary qualification.
