Guerlain internship: Summer Sales Advisor position at Paris flagship boutique. Support the sales team in luxury beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients, directing them to appropriate sales consultants
- Present and propose the full range of services offered by the Maison
- Maintain product displays in alignment with merchandising strategy
- Introduce clients to the brand's loyalty programme
- Prepare gift wrapping and product personalization services
- Process and prepare customer orders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac +2/3 programme with specialization in cosmetics and/or fragrances, or equivalent business school curriculum
- Demonstrated interest in fragrances and cosmetics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously with rigour and proactivity
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Customer-focused service orientation
