Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences across fragrance, skincare and makeup consultations; embody and communicate the Guerlain brand promise in every interaction.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base — local and international — through proactive clienteling, phoning, appointment management and storytelling.
  • Execute Guerlain’s retail sales methodology (Dare to Bee) and leverage the Bee Guerlain training tool to convert consultations into sales and upsell services.
  • Contribute to boutique commercial objectives: meet individual and team targets (turnover, market share, retail KPIs) and participate in promotional and in‑store activations.
  • Ensure retail excellence and operational compliance: merchandising, stock management, cash procedures, boutique presentation and adherence to grooming standards.
  • Participate actively in team briefs, share best practices and propose action plans from customer satisfaction feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bac+2 (BTS or equivalent) education level.
  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in a luxury retail sales role, preferably within perfumes & cosmetics.
  • Fluent English is mandatory to serve an international clientele.
  • Strong client service orientation with demonstrated commercial drive and result orientation.
  • Exemplary personal presentation, discretion and adherence to luxury service standards.

Experience
