Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, embodying the 'Guerlain promise' through warm welcomes, mutual discovery, and trust-building.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base, both local and international, utilizing available tools and strategies to enhance clienteling and engagement.
  • Anticipate future customer needs through proactive clienteling, phoning, and event planning.
  • Contribute to the achievement of boutique sales targets by applying the 'Dare to Bee' sales method and utilizing the Bee Guerlain training tool.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, embodying Guerlain's values and participating actively in team briefs and meetings.
  • Ensure the boutique's operations run smoothly by adhering to established processes and maintaining retail excellence in merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
  • Uphold grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.

Qualifications

  • BTS level education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

Skills

Result-oriented with a strong service orientation in a luxury environment. Excellent listening and advisory skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and point-of-sale management applications. Dynamic, empathetic, and exemplary in procedure application, attitude, presentation, and speech. Team-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales advisory role within the luxury sector.

Education

BTS level education or equivalent.
