Guerlain — Sales Advisor (part-time, 21h/week) in Lyon. Fixed-term CDD Apr–Dec 2026 to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences in the boutique — welcome, build trust, discover needs and present tailored product and service recommendations (fragrance, skincare, makeup, consultations).
- Drive boutique sales and market share by proactively applying the "Dare to Bee" sales method and the Bee Guerlain training resources.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through clienteling activities: phoning, encartage, targeted follow‑ups and in‑store events aimed at local and international clientele.
- Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives (revenue, KPIs, market share) and contribute to daily sales reporting and boutique performance monitoring.
- Maintain retail excellence and boutique standards: merchandising, stock management, cash procedures, grooming and presentation in line with Maison directives.
- Participate in team briefs, support a collaborative environment and propose actions from client satisfaction feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary diploma (BTS or equivalent, Bac+2) required.
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar luxury retail sales role.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong client service orientation with proven sales performance and results focus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with retail point‑of‑sale / commercial management applications is a plus.
- Impeccable grooming, discretion and professional presentation; excellent interpersonal and advisory skills.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury cosmetics or perfumery sales role, with demonstrable results in client acquisition, retention and boutique targets.
Education
BTS or equivalent post‑secondary diploma (Bac+2).
