Guerlain seeks a full-time Rotating Beauty Consultant for Vienna, including Uno City, on a permanent contract, starting immediately. The role combines beauty consultation and product expertise with merchandising, stock monitoring, service excellence and team support. Gross annual pay starts at €33,068 under the collective agreement for retail employees, with a possible increase depending on qualifications and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full product range, including application and benefits across the three product categories.
- Regularly update knowledge of new products, trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
- Ensure appealing product presentation in line with company guidelines.
- Replenish shelves and maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate actively with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications
- Passion for sales and customer consultation.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in sales or consultation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare and fragrance is an advantage.
- Demonstrated skincare expertise is an advantage.
- Very good communication skills and an enjoyment of teamwork.
- Reliability and commitment.
- Fluent German and English; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
