Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Provide personalized beauty consultation and product recommendations to customers
- Maintain visually compelling product displays and merchandising standards in compliance with brand guidelines
- Replenish inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate reorder requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate actively with team members to achieve collective sales targets
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer advisory roles
- Advanced knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance product categories
- Expertise in skincare consultation and skin type assessment
- Excellent communication skills with a natural affinity for interpersonal engagement
- Demonstrated reliability and professional commitment
- Fluent in German and English
- Arabic language proficiency or additional languages preferred
