Guerlain Rotating Beauty Consultant full-time role in Salzburg, Austria. Luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance advisory with travel across Upper Austria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and proactively engage customers with professional consultation across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products tailored to individual preferences and skin profiles
- Conduct product demonstrations, facial treatments in consultation areas, and makeup applications
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and loyalty
- Ensure compelling product presentation in line with Guerlain brand standards
- Replenish inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and monitor stock levels
- Deliver exceptional service recovery and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate actively with team members to achieve collective sales objectives
- Participate in training programs for new team members and ongoing professional development
- Maintain current knowledge of Guerlain product portfolio, application techniques, and emerging beauty trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in luxury retail sales or beauty advisory
- Comprehensive knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories (the three core axes)
- Demonstrated expertise in skincare and skin analysis
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professional discretion, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel frequently between Salzburg and Upper Austria sales locations

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, beauty advisory, or customer-facing roles within luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
Secondary education (equivalent to Austrian Mittlere Reife or higher) preferred; beauty or cosmetology certification advantageous but not required.
