The temporary Rotating Beauty Consultant serves as a Guerlain brand ambassador, achieves sales targets and promotes the brand image while delivering high-standard customer service. The role reports to the Regional Retail Manager and covers sales, client relationships, point-of-sale KPIs, merchandising, inventory and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and deliver high-standard customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Identify, understand and reformulate customers’ needs.
- Monitor competitors’ special activities and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product recommendations.
- Track point-of-sale KPIs.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising and participate in inventory activities in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.
Qualifications
- English at B2 level.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- A driving permit.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty or fashion.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent qualification in beauty.
