Guerlain — Madrid: Rotating Beauty Consultant (temporary) role selling luxury cosmetics and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador in assigned stores and temporary placements, delivering the full sales ceremony and an elevated client experience.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly retail sales targets while developing sustained client loyalty and repeat business.
- Assess client needs, propose personalised product solutions and demonstrate product benefits with technical accuracy.
- Manage point‑of‑sale KPIs, complete assigned reports and administrative tasks (orders, sales follow‑ups).
- Monitor stock levels, support merchandising standards and participate in inventory control per corporate guidelines.
- Track competitive activity (promotions, launches) and communicate market intelligence to the Area/Regional Manager.
- Build and maintain durable relationships with customers and retail partners, representing Guerlain’s image at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in beauty/cosmetology desirable.
- Minimum B2 level of English (spoken) as required for reporting and regional coordination.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or service roles, preferably within luxury beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering consultative client service.
- Autonomous, proactive and result‑oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Driver’s licence desirable for multi‑site/rotational assignments.

Minimum three years of retail or service experience, ideally in luxury beauty, cosmetics or fashion, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
