Guerlain seeks a Retail Trade Marketing Assistant to support 360° activations across boutiques, department stores and spas, including events, promotional materials, local initiatives and trade marketing for Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. This six-month, full-time internship is to begin in January 2027 and is based in Paris's 1st arrondissement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup of podiums, events and activations across the retail network.
- Prepare post-activation reviews and conduct competitor monitoring.
- Manage and order monthly promotional materials, including fragrance blotters, samples, gift-with-purchase offers, packaging and gifting materials.
- Manage and track orders for spas.
- Manage uniforms.
- Follow up on specific requests and local activations in collaboration with the sales force.
- Manage trade marketing distribution activations for Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
- Manage and produce marketing collateral, including gift certificates, brochures and leaflets.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at business school at master's level (Bac+5) or in an equivalent programme.
- Ideally, have initial project management experience.
- Be organised, versatile, rigorous, open-minded and proactive, with the ability to find solutions and overcome project difficulties or unexpected events.
- Enjoy working with people and in a team, and have excellent interpersonal skills with head-office, boutique, field, logistics and service-provider contacts.
- Have a passion for cosmetics and luxury, with significant initial experience in this field.
- Have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
