Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience at every touchpoint—welcome, consultation, product explanation (fragrance, skincare, makeup) and services such as makeup application or spa referrals.
- Develop and grow a loyal client base—proactively perform clienteling activities (encartage, phoning, client files), qualify prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
- Apply the brand sales methodology (“Dare to Bee”) and utilize Bee Guerlain training resources to achieve individual and store KPIs (revenue, market share, conversion).
- Contribute to boutique operations and Retail excellence: ensure merchandising standards, maintain stock and till procedures, respect grooming and presentation guidelines.
- Participate in team briefs, propose improvements from client satisfaction feedback, and actively support a collaborative, service‑oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (BTS) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- First experience in a similar luxury retail or beauty boutique role is required.
- Fluency in English is indispensable.
- Strong service orientation, results-driven mindset and proven consultative selling ability.
- Professional presentation and discretion; commitment to following store procedures and brand grooming standards.

Entry-level candidate with at least a first professional experience in luxury or beauty retail; comfortable working to sales targets, performing clienteling and supporting boutique operations.
Education
BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) or equivalent vocational diploma.
