Guerlain Retail Point of Sale Manager in Madrid. Lead brand representation, merchandising, and sales at luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Guerlain brand values as ambassador across assigned retail points of sale
- Oversee point-of-sale image, merchandising standards, and layout optimization according to brand guidelines
- Manage promotional materials and event point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely and correct implementation across locations
- Process sample orders for assigned retail stores, calibrated to store potential and demand
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales performance, and track competitive activity, reporting findings to management as required
- Coordinate and motivate retail store teams to achieve brand objectives
- Plan and schedule retail visit calendars and manage daily route activities
- Collaborate with retail delegates and internal departments to achieve agreed annual brand objectives by retailer
- Monitor and report on adherence to commercial agreements and promotional goals by retail delegate
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and deliver in-store staff training to enhance engagement and customer experience
- Conduct product training sessions aligned with marketing calendars to drive consumer engagement and sales conversion
- Support brand product sales during key commercial periods and product launches, achieving promotional and market share targets for assigned region
Qualifications
- Degree or advanced diploma (Licenciatura/Grado) in Business Administration or equivalent vocational qualification
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty, fragrances, or cosmetics retail
- Demonstrated experience managing retail teams and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- High degree of autonomy and proactive mindset
- Client-focused, commercially oriented profile with strong attention to detail

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrances, or cosmetics retail sectors. Demonstrated experience managing retail point-of-sale environments, coordinating store teams, and achieving sales objectives.
Education
Degree (Licenciatura/Grado) in Business Administration or related field, or advanced vocational qualification (Formación Profesional) in business or retail management.
