Guerlain is hiring a Retail Manager, Travel Retail SEA in Singapore to oversee airport and boutique operations and drive sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day performance of airports, shop-in-shops and boutiques across Southeast Asia Travel Retail to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Set, cascade and follow up on individual and collective sales objectives; analyse sell-out reports and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive operational excellence: ensure optimal inventory levels, monitor stock availability and transit times, and escalate stock or execution issues to Commercial teams and local operators.
- Co-manage, coach and develop sales ambassadors through regular field presence, briefings, appraisals and training programmes to raise retail execution and-service standards.
- Ensure consistent brand image and visual merchandising standards across all Travel Retail touchpoints, including planogram compliance, in-store communications and event activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Retail Operations) and local operators on assortment, store openings, incentives, and market-specific initiatives.
- Perform market research within assigned islands/airports to map competitor activity and consumer influences; provide actionable insights to regional teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in multi-store management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering sales growth in a retail environment; travel retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to analyse commercial KPIs (P&L, sell-out, market share) and translate findings into operational plans.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in recruitment, incentive design and talent development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to multiple operator environments across the region.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of multi-store management; travel retail experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; seven or more years of combined higher education and work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
