Guerlain seeks an accomplished Retail Manager to drive sales performance, enhance client experiences, and ensure operational excellence across retail locations in Hong Kong Island. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and optimize retail operations for maximum profitability. The successful candidate will build and lead high-performing frontline teams, foster a client-centric culture, and establish strong stakeholder relationships while upholding the brand's prestigious standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives while analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing frontline retail teams, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to Retail Supervisors and Counter Managers
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client service across all retail locations and implement client feedback mechanisms to drive satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, store layout, and visual merchandising to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with brand standard operating procedures, corporate internal control policies, and audit readiness requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retail strategies with overall company goals and establish key stakeholder partnerships
Qualifications
- University degree in Business or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and best practices with customer journey expertise
- Proven expertise in leading high-performing retail teams through effective communication and performance management
- Strong financial acumen including profitability analysis and expense management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt retail strategies competitively
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience in the beauty, luxury goods, or premium consumer goods sector, with proven track record of driving sales growth and managing retail teams.
Education
University degree in Business or a related field.
