Guerlain Retail Management Intern in Düsseldorf – 6-month internship with LVMH Beauty, supporting luxury retail operations and field team coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide insight and operational support into luxury retail management and field team coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between retail management and sales counter personnel, coordinating all field support activities
- Manage inventory and distribution of field support materials, including uniforms, promotional items, and point-of-sale display elements
- Independently operate internal POS and CRM systems to track and optimize field team performance
- Coordinate logistics and execution of internal retail conferences and team meetings
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators relevant to retail operations, preparing internal and external performance reports
- Identify trends in sales data, assess emerging opportunities and risks, and communicate findings to management
Qualifications
- Minimum three completed semesters of relevant university studies
- Demonstrated practical experience in sales, controlling, or back-office management environments
- Strong numerical acumen and analytical abilities; ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and visual presentation standards
- Proficiency in English (French a distinct advantage)
- Superior organizational abilities and demonstrated project coordination experience

Beginner-level; practical experience in sales, controlling, or back-office management roles is preferred but not required given the internship nature of the position.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree program, with minimum three completed semesters in a relevant field such as business administration, management, retail management, or related discipline.
