Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily operations at the Nice Masséna boutique.
  • Greet and direct customers to sales advisors.
  • Present and promote the various services offered by the Maison.
  • Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
  • Introduce customers to the loyalty program.
  • Prepare gift packages and product personalizations for clients.
  • Prepare customer orders.
