Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers to appropriate sales staff
- Present and promote Maison Guerlain's range of services and products
- Ensure product displays align with merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Introduce customers to the loyalty programme
- Prepare gift wrapping and personalized product packaging for customers
- Prepare and process customer orders
