Guerlain Retail Development & Performance Intern, Paris – 6-month internship supporting international retail strategy and expansion, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze retail store performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for productivity and profitability
- Support the development and implementation of in-store productivity enhancement programs
- Prepare presentations and strategic materials for senior management reviews
- Contribute to strategic communication during retail webinars and internal forums
- Organize visits and reception of international partners at the Paris headquarters
- Assist in identifying and evaluating international expansion opportunities by analyzing geographic zones, market segments, and potential distribution channels
- Prepare establishment dossiers for new retail locations
- Write monthly articles to engage and animate the international retail community
- Conduct competitive intelligence research on innovative retail practices from international and local competitors, accounting for cultural specificities
- Synthesize market insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bac+4/5 degree (or equivalent) in commerce, marketing, business management, or related field
- Strong analytical and observation capabilities
- Demonstrated dynamism, active listening skills, and interpersonal intelligence
- Results-oriented mindset with client-focused service mentality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English (both oral and written)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Competency with Power BI
- General digital tools proficiency
- Comfort working in multicultural team environments
